  • Skull Crushers : 3 x 15
  • Lat Pull Downs : 3 x 15
  • Upright rows : 3 x 15
  • Tricep Extension : 3 x 15
  • Hammer Curls : 3 x 15
  • Shoulder bombs : 3 x 15 ( google it because you might hurt me for making this workout with this included )
  • Bench dips : 3 x Failure
