Valentine’s Day Recap and a Workout

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend celebrating LOVE with either your loved one or girlfriends!

Friday, I went to A’s and we watched Breaking Bad (last season) and it is getting good!!! I’ve started to dislike all the characters except for 1– A tells me this is the point of the show and the progression.

Saturday was V day!  We decided that we would get ready at our separate homes and then meet back up later in the day to wine and dine ourselves.

Here is my V day outfit while I bee-bopped around town.

I told A do not get me anything for V day because I wanted us to save money for trips in the summa!

He didn’t listen…. 2 dozen roses and Lily’s!!!! He knows how to make a girl feel special!

vday rosesHe also got me BACON chocolate !!! LOVE ! And caramel chocolate (fave!).

We made flounder stuffed with crab, herb roasted potatoes, and asparagus! YUM

Sunday we were being lazyyyy so we made turkey bacon and eggs and lounged in bed til about 12pm and finished Breaking Bad!!!! Wow! That was a great show!

Now it’s time for a workout!

Full Body Circuit Workout

  • Dumbbell Chest Press
  • Standing Dumbbell Bent Over Row
  • Seated Stability Military Press
  • Single-Leg Dumbbell Curl
  • Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
  • Ball Squat
  • Leg Raises with Stability Ball
  • Mountain Climbers
